Cold Storage High Speed Doors

Coolroom, chiller and freezer applications require a specialized door, and over the years, Delta have provided Cold Storage High Speed Doors with polyskin type panels. Delta now have a new flexible high speed door product that can withstand this harsh condition. Loss of refrigerated air can be very expensive, and so this new type of rapid roll door comes with a 15mm thick insulated panel design.
Based on a similar design to our Version Economic door, the Version Coldsaver door will offer a greater level of insulation to temperature AND noise, and is suitable for opening sizes up to 4000H x 4000W.

Introduce

The Delta Cold Storage High Speed Doors is designed specifically for freezer applications operating at down to -30°C. It is a reliable and durable door, yet providing a simplicity that allows non specialist installation.
Advantage: Insolated to keep the freezer room temperature. Self reparing after rolling up, when impact the curtain.
Curtain material: DeltaMax Curtain
Insulated sandwich fabric. Double skin is 0.8mm PVC fabric, and inside is filled with high-density insulating rock wool. Total Thickness:20mm.
While it is preferable not to install these types of doors on the inside of freezers, as it is our recommendation that it be installed on the warm side of the opening. However, is special circumstances, it may be possible to install this inside the freezer.
